How do we build shared, collective success in our work? How do we safeguard our organization’s well-being while also supporting that of its stakeholders? One promising path forward is to transform our businesses into worker cooperatives or other shared ownership models. These models have been known to reduce inequality, increase engagement, stimulate change and growth, and otherwise ensure long-term sustainability.
