Have you considered your content’s end of life?
Should websites last forever? When designing physical products, it’s good practice to consider the end of life of the product from the very beginning but in digital, we rarely talk about the end of life of our products. Should a piece of content, or even a whole website, remain online indefinitely, or should we set an expiry or review date so that we can take it offline when it is no longer needed? There is no right answer, but considering this from the outset could help us reduce waste online.
