Is the content accessible?
The World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) provide a framework to make digital products and services accessible to the nearly one billion people worldwide who have some sort of physical or cognitive disability. Truly inclusive digital products and services account for this by adopting a universal design philosophy that includes people with disabilities as part of user research and testing.
