Eliminating barriers helps create more efficient user journeys, saving time and energy while also making online services more enjoyable to use and more accessible. This includes removing pop-up banners, avoiding ‘dark patterns’ that intentionally trick people, or eliminating proprietary technologies that require a user to install additional software before they can use your digital product or service.
